In 2018, researching the hair growth cycle in depth, we discovered something disturbing.
Hair loss starts months before you see the first hair fall out!
What you see in your brush is just the final "telogen" phase, but the real problem starts much earlier - when the first phase (Anagen phase) of growth is disrupted.
Once disrupted, the cycle becomes shorter and shorter, causing more and more hairs to go into the fall phase at the same time.
