1. Rules that apply to all single products and packages, except for a purchased 3-month RoutINA:

If you're not satisfied with the products' results or have any complaints, you can contact us so we can find the best solution for your issue.

Our refund policy is in the form of Store credit (credit for future purchases from our online store). After a consultation with one of our customer care team members, we will create a personalized voucher for the corresponding amount equal to the price of the product you're returning. You can use the voucher only in our online store within one calendar year from its creation date. 


2. Rules that only apply to a purchased 3-month RoutINA:

☑ FAMILY GUARANTEE - If you purchase a 3-month RoutINA package, use the products for 90 consecutive days, and don't see results, you'll receive a full refund. 

Important: The refund guarantee applies only to a purchased 3-month RoutINA package. If you order a 1-month RoutINA and then a 2-month RoutINA package, the guarantee will not apply.
