In 2020 Inaessentials changed its policy and we are now offering the option to get your money back without even returning the product. If you are not satisfied with the effect of your organic water, you can simply write to us on Facebook, or email us and we will refund your amount by money transfer via PayPal or Bank Transfer

Yes, for every order over £38, delivery is free. Otherwise, there is a standard shipping fee of £4.49

Usually delivery takes around 1-3 working days, if you don't receive your item after 5 working days, please write to us and we will check what is the problem :)

Lavender, rose and camomile hydrosols should be applied on the skin with a standard makeup cotton pad. A small amount of the product is applied on the cotton pad and then applied to the skin. We recommend using it in the morning and at night before bed 🙂

Smoked tree water is used as a mouthwash. We recommend using it after every brushing. Rinse vigorously for 30 seconds, making sure that the water comes into contact with all areas of your teeth. Gargle for 30-60 seconds, in order to ensure that the smoked tree water can deal with bacteria at the back of the tongue. Spit out the water.
