The beginning:

It was 2001 when my husband and I decided we wanted to grow organic crops and produce organic products on our farm. We had 3 children at the time, and balancing our family and work was hard. We worked 12+ hours every day and did everything possible to succeed. We believe that if we produce high-quality, real, organic products that really help people, everything will be right.
Expectations vs Reality
We produced amazing products, but we couldn't get them to market. We just did not understand business. We gave away our lavender water to all the parents of teenagers in our small hometown. I say “gave away” as we were not good at selling. We often gifted our products or sold them with no markup. All these people were amazed, and they told their friends, and this is how we coped in the early years. People told people about our products, which helped them with different problems such as: acne/ eczema / hair loss, etc. Our organic herbal products worked, we believed in them, but nobody knew about them.
How everything changed:
During these years, our kids helped. They were in the rose gardens picking roses. They were in the distillery helping. I still remember our youngest kid, Elena, who asked us, “Will we get poor if I buy shoes?”. Things were not great financially, but we were together. Everything changed when my son Vasil created a website - inaessentials.com and a Facebook page. He believed that everything would change if people learned about our products.
9th of February 2019
On this date, my son launched our first advertising campaign. It was a Google stock image, our product, and a real story of how we gifted our lavender water to a friend for her daughter's prom. And how her daughter's life changed 2 weeks after her face was cleared for the first time. People sensed that the story was real, and orders started coming in - we couldn’t believe what was happening. The same year, our lavender water against acne became the best-selling acne product in our country, and I won the “Organic Farmer of the Year” prize for this product.
How our lives changed
Soon after, people started helping us, and in 2020 and 2021, we opened online stores and warehouses in all European countries. Our marketing was our story; we just told how we grow our products in our small town. How we care about each plant and how our products help in the long term, unlike artificial cosmetics. In 2021 we went ahead and made clinical tests for our lavender water, which showed 90% effectiveness in clearing people's acne in the long run.
